What’s involved?

Warm-up session
Skipping
Running, stretching, shadow boxing
Pad work (various punches and kick combinations)
Defense work
Kicks( variousĀ  kicks and combinations)
Sparring
Grappling
In between all these 3 minute sessions we do various forms of circuit training exercises (sit-ups, push-ups, squats etc.)
Finishing with a cool down session
Please note the intensity of training and level of contact is all dependent on trainees capabilities
